Lauren & Jacques, a Beldi Country Club Wedding in Marrakech.
Being a wedding photographer is something I thoroughly enjoy and when I get to travel for destination weddings, the pleasure is multiplied. Morocco is such a beautiful country with diverse landscapes and scenery.
The American couple Lauren and Jacques, aptly chose Marrakech as the backdrop for starting the new chapter of their life. It was an elegant and classy black-tie wedding with friends and family from all over the globe.
The wedding celebration took place at one of my favourite venues in Marrakech, Beldi Country Club. Beldi, with its traditional architecture, scenery of Atlas Mountains, vast acres of olive gardens and lush rose gardens provided the perfect setting for the wedding.
The entire aesthetics of the wedding were drawn from the surroundings that made it a chic version of Moroccan wedding.
One of Laurens first directions to Rosena at Boutique Souk was “lanterns, everywhere!” and boy did she deliver! As you can see from the images It was truly magical!
Destination weddings have an extra element of trying something new. Lauren and Jacques planned a desert adventure at La Pause for the guests at the bridal party that ended with a delicious dinner at epic La Mamounia Hotel and a fun-filled BBQ party by the pool at Beldi Country Club. The entire affair of the wedding had white, cream and metallic hues with splashes of the sparkling Marjorelle blue and olive green everywhere.
Thank you Lauren & Jacques for letting me be a part of your Marrakech Wedding!
